“Paula has excellent customer service. Great compassion and knowledge in her field of reflexology and nutrition. She's driven in the pursuit of excellence (cpd) for all her clients with an easy, professional and gentle manner. Never had a reflexology session before, however I would do it again. Good luck for the future”

I sought Paula’s help when I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and having been given no direction whatsoever by my doctor, it was a breath of fresh air to talk to Paula. She explained very clearly what was happening to my body and then helped me with a strict elimination diet to heal my gut initially, along with some advice about stress management. When things improved, she helped me to understand how to best introduce foods back into the diet in a way that would maintain my gut health. It hasn’t been easy, but I couldn’t have done it without Paula’s support and expertise. She has always been very happy to answer my questions and she is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, taking a very holistic approach, which has really helped me to feel better.
