Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • half cup cacao
  • quarter cup chia seeds soaked with some water
  • 4 tbsp nut butte
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • half cup raisins or cranberries or sultanas

Instructions

  1. Mix altogether until it sticks together like a ball. Empty onto a line baking tray and push out flat to line the tray.


  2. Smooth out then put in freezer for 1 hour. Take out and cut with pizza cutter into small slices. 

  3. Store in the fridge in a container.
