Tropical Energy Smoothie
The addition of the Maca powder boosts energy and stamina.
Prep Time 10 minutes
- 350 ml coconut milk
- 1 half fresh Mango
- 1 small slice fresh Pineapple
- 1 scoop protein powder ( pea)
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil optional
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Put the milk in the blender first, then blend with the other ingredients.
Blend and serve.
